I don't have a lab. I don't run clinical trials. What I do is read the literature, cross-check claims against primary sources, and tell you where the evidence stands — honestly, with its limitations.
Primary Source Review
I read the actual studies — not press releases, not abstracts, not influencer summaries. If I can't access the full text, I say so.
Evidence Grading
Not all studies are equal. I grade evidence from A (multiple RCTs) to C (preliminary/anecdotal) and tell you when I'm speculating.
Conflict Disclosure
I have no industry funding, no advisory roles, and no sponsored content. When I recommend a product, I disclose affiliate relationships clearly.
Continuous Updates
Science changes. When new evidence emerges that contradicts my previous analysis, I update the article and explain what changed.
Biological Plausibility
